Hello, my name is Phoon Wen Hao, a Malaysian IT professional with a background in software engineering and an MBA (Distinction). I began my career in software development and gained hands-on experience across the full SDLC, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders. While I enjoyed building impactful systems, my experience naturally evolved toward requirements analysis, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination.
